Neil speaks about the new album...

"The next album could be our first purely electronic album. That said, one track already has an orchestra on it. But the lyrics will be funnier and cynical. I'm in the mood to write frivolous pop songs. I want people to say 'that is SO Pet Shop Boys' - they haven't done that in ages." (Neil Tennant)

Hi everybody!
Being the dutiful Pethead/Webmistress I am, I roped a doting
friend into ringing the Brisbane Powerhouse for me (I am too shy!).
He has come back with the report that "Closer To Heaven" has not
been confirmed, they are waiting for it. However, if you check back with
them late next month there should be some news by then. If so, tickets should be going on sale early January, and you can book through Brisbane Powerhouse Box Office."
